Review of LAAN Documents & Technical Drawings
Under the Telecommunications Act (Cth) 1997 carriers are afforded a wide range of powers to inspect land and buildings, install telecommunications equipment, and maintain their equipment under certain circumstances without an owner's or manager's permission.
Telecommunications carriers are required to correctly and accurately prepare and serve LAANs. We can advise and guide our clients so as to ensure that all LAANs are accurate and complete and that technical drawings contain the required level of detail.
Where a LAAN is incomplete or inaccurate we will liaise with the carrier to ensure that all errors and inaccuracies are addressed.
We provide timely advice and guidance on whether your grounds for objection are valid.
We are able to quickly and efficiently assist in the preparation of your objection to ensure it is submitted within the mandated time frames.
After an objection has been raised we liaise with the carrier to resolve the issues and reach a mutually agreeable outcome.
In those instances where a negotiated outcome can't be reached we can assist in the preparation of all required documentation and provide guidance throughout the objection process to final determination.
